Why this term exists
Some ideas become difficult to leave because accumulated context, repetition, relation and attention keep pulling subsequent interpretation toward them. Meaning Gravitation gives that pattern a formal metaphor.
Definition in the system
The model borrows gravitational language to describe attraction in a meaning system. It does not claim that ideas generate literal spacetime curvature.
The project also explicitly limits this metaphor: Semantic Gravitation only pulls. Semonika adds Detraction, complementarity, Tonus, Takt and Relatio because meaningful systems do more than attract similar things.
This term therefore belongs inside a broader relational architecture rather than serving as a theory of all meaning.
Example
A well-established concept can become the default interpretation of new evidence even when a less prominent concept fits the local context better. The attraction is real as a cognitive/search pattern without making prominence equal to relevance.
